I absolutely love fresh herbs. Each summer, I plant about 20 different varieties, and I use them constantly. Sadly, as soon as the winter frost hits, that’s it for my herb garden, and I find that even bringing them inside doesn’t work very well. Enter Gourmet Garden.

Roasting cauliflower together with onions, garlic, sweet potatoes and thyme, and then wrapping it all up into a vegetarian pie, has become a Meatless Monday favourite at our house this winter.
